Role: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) responsible for assisting patients with mobility, strength, and rehabilitation under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans and help patients perform therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehab techniques.
• Maintain equipment and assist with patient mobility to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active PTA license or eligibility for licensure; licensing assistance available.
• Preferably one year of clinical experience; strong skills encouraged for new grads.
• Adaptability to new settings and patient populations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for patient care and willingness to travel.
