Role Overview: A travel Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, operate specialized equipment, monitor progress, document outcomes, collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, participate in quality initiatives, and assist with discharge planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid physical therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Must have physical ability to perform manual tasks, work effectively with diverse teams, and handle stressful situations. Proficiency in English, PC skills, and sensory acuity are required.
