Role: Respiratory Therapist RRT for NICU team
Responsibilities: Provide advanced respiratory care to premature and critically ill newborns, including ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and respiratory diagnostics.
Collaborations & Duties: Work closely with neonatologists and NICU nurses, participate in high-risk deliveries, perform ABG analysis, set up and troubleshoot equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and educate families.
