Role: The Charge Nurse supervises nursing activities, ensuring efficient and safe patient care by utilizing the nursing process and hospital policies.
They delegate tasks, oversee patient records, assist with staff performance reports, manage bed assignments, and maintain inventory standards for supplies, medications, and equipment.
Qualifications: Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and hold an active RN license in the relevant state.
