Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies. They maintain professional standards, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate accountability and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license or multistate license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as ACLS, PALS, or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, with specific timelines for completion.
