Role: Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for oncology patients within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.
• Coordinate treatment plans, manage chemotherapy administration, and address symptom care.
• Support patients and their families throughout the cancer journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong knowledge of oncology care, treatment protocols, and symptom management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and quality improvement.
