Role: Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate comprehensive oncology care, including patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Ensure safe chemotherapy administration and timely follow-up.
• Facilitate clear communication between patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Navigate patients through the cancer care continuum, supporting their needs and treatment journey.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in oncology nursing or related field preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
