Role: Clinic Manager – Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of an outpatient rehabilitation clinic
• Balance hands-on patient care with managing clinic workflows, staffing, and scheduling
• Support a collaborative, patient-centered team delivering evidence-based physical therapy
• Ensure high-quality documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent service
• Mentor and support team members in a community-focused environment

• Licensed PTA with strong outpatient experience
