We are seeking dedicated Resident Care Associates to provide high-quality care in assisted living and memory care settings.

- Developing and updating Personalized Service Plans, attending review meetings with families
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring comfort, cleanliness, and appropriate clothing
- Monitoring residents' health, hydration, and nutritional needs, including meal supervision and room service as needed
- Maintaining a safe, clean environment by checking rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Responding promptly to security systems and resident call bells, taking appropriate actions
- Following all sanitary procedures, universal precautions, and resident rights
- High school diploma preferred; relevant experience in elder or disabled care preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of assisted living, dementia care, or skilled nursing is a plus
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak service times
