Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the highest-level clinical authority during overnight shifts, ensuring resident safety and supervising care teams.
Key responsibilities include: monitoring resident health, responding to condition changes, evaluating and documenting incidents, supervising caregivers and medication staff, managing staffing and shift assignments, overseeing medication administration and narcotic counts, transcribing physician orders, updating service plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
Qualifications and skills: active RN or LPN license in good standing, graduate of an approved nursing program, at least one year of experience in senior care or clinical settings, with strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.
This role combines clinical judgment with shift leadership to maintain quality care and resident safety during overnight hours.
