Role Overview: This hybrid position combines in-clinic and remote work, focusing on providing digital health services as a Digital Health Specialist. The role involves developing and delivering virtual care, remote therapeutic monitoring, and supporting the digital health program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Utilize digital platforms for telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatment developments.
• Perform Telehealth and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services, including interactive communication and patient monitoring.
• Document clinical evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges efficiently.
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and serve as a liaison to optimize remote service delivery.
• Support operational needs and participate in program development, marketing, and data analysis efforts.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and Florida license (or in process).
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work both in-person and remotely, with excellent communication skills.
