Position: New Grad Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Under RN preceptor guidance, provide safe and compassionate patient care, perform patient assessments, administer medications, and accurately document in the EHR. Participate in structured classroom learning, clinical rotations, and simulations to develop critical thinking and bedside skills.
Qualifications & Skills: Recent nursing graduates with a commitment to learning, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and healthcare settings.
