Role: Registered Nurse in ICU
Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based nursing care to high-acuity patients, including assessment, medication administration, ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring, and rapid response to clinical changes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing licensure, experience in critical care preferred, strong assessment and monitoring skills, ability to respond swiftly to patient needs, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Duties: Deliver specialized critical care, monitor patient status, administer treatments, and collaborate for optimal patient outcomes.
