Role: Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities: Provide preventative dental care, perform patient screenings, and maintain dental hygiene procedures using digital tools and advanced technology such as Velscope and iTero. Ensure accurate medical history documentation and deliver patient education. Support a collaborative team in a busy practice, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Current dental hygienist license in Missouri, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, and knowledge of dental procedures and electronic medical records. Preferred experience with digital scanners, Velscope, Diagnodent, and other dental technology. Strong communication skills, a desire for continuous learning, and physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing.
Key Duties: Conduct recare and new patient appointments, utilize dental software, and contribute to patient care quality. Participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, maintain safety standards, and support practice growth.
