Role: Dental Hygienist (New Graduate Opportunity)
Responsibilities: Provide preventive dental care, patient screening, medical history documentation, and promote lifelong oral health. Offer patient education and collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications: Current Indiana dental hygiene license or eligibility, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion for learning and teamwork.
Skills & Experience: Knowledge of dental procedures, experience with digital x-rays, Velscope, Diagnodent, electronic records preferred; motivated to grow clinical skills and provide preventative care.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties, prolonged sitting/standing, lift up to 45 pounds, attend training sessions. Emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and a supportive, community-oriented environment.
