Role: Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced, specialized cardiac care unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management and medication, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, develops individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors. Communicates care plans effectively across the continuum.

Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license; minimum education of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role. Focus on professional development, teamwork, and patient advocacy.
