Role: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (ICCU), PRN Nights shift.

Responsibilities: Lead healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and support systems, collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans promoting health or supporting peaceful death. Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys. Assume responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management following current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; current RN licensure in appropriate state.
• Preferred: 1+ year relevant nursing experience.
• For inactive licenses over five years, completion of a Board-approved refresher course required.
