Seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) in the Emergency Department at a critical access hospital.
Location: Logan County, Guthrie, OK
Responsibilities: Provide coordinated, high-quality patient care for Observation, Inpatient, and Swing patients with a 5:1 patient/nurse ratio. Collaborate with therapy teams to facilitate patient recovery and return to daily activities.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, and optional experience preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements. Certifications in BLS and ACLS required or provided during orientation.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a rotating shift environment. Ability to perform physical tasks and meet certification requirements.
Key Duties: Deliver emergency nursing care, support patient needs, and work in a flexible schedule environment to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
