Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care in a community-focused environment. The position involves providing services such as scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, and fluoride treatments under the general supervision of a dentist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, including medical history review and dental condition evaluation
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting, take and manage x-rays
• Deliver direct patient care and identify opportunities for same-day care
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Guide patients through treatment plans to foster memorable experiences
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands-on assessment
• Ability to work well with children, who comprise the majority of patients
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
