Position: PRN Physical Therapist
Role & Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning. Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and take initiative for professional growth. Ensure a positive patient experience and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience.
Additional Requirements: Work varies with a minimum of two weekend days per month; responsible for direct and indirect patient care, adhering to Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules.
