- Utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Providing individualized care and collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians.
- Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordinating patient care, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
- At least one year of nursing experience, with six months of travel experience.
- Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Competency in required certifications and departmental standards.
- Providing patient care in various shift options, including weekends, nights, or variable schedules.
- Engaging in patient education, assessment, triage, and nursing interventions.
- Working within full scope of nursing practice and adhering to professional standards.
