Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive perioperative patient care in the Operating Room. Responsibilities include preparing the OR, handling surgical equipment, assisting with complex surgeries across various specialties, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety, infection control, and high-quality care.

Key Duties

• Scrubbing in and circulating during surgeries using advanced technology
• Advocating for patients under anesthesia or sedation
• Maintaining professional nursing standards and participating in clinical decision-making
• Supervising and delegating tasks to team members
• Reporting safety issues and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• ASN or Nursing Diploma with an active RN license and BLS certification
• Prior OR experience or perioperative training
• Preferred: BSN or CNOR certification
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on patient-centered care
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Evening shift work, including weekends and holidays as needed
