We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an On-Call role in the Operating Room complex.

This exempt, full-time position involves providing after-hours nursing support outside of regular shifts, with a unique schedule of 7 days on (including 24-hour shifts and on-call duties) followed by 7 days off. The RN responds within 30 minutes to on-call notifications, ensuring timely and safe patient care. Responsibilities include assessing situations, coordinating care, adhering to policies and protocols, and supporting surgical cases extending beyond normal hours.

Qualifications Include

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in acute, outpatient, procedural, or specialty care settings.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license; ability to obtain and maintain licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; AORN and other certifications preferred.
• Availability outside business hours, with physical ability to perform essential nursing tasks.
