Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Night Shift at a healthcare facility in Syracuse, NY.

- Scheduling, assigning, and overseeing nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Creating a compassionate environment by supporting residents & families
- Providing information and responding to questions from residents & staff
- Ensuring a safe, clean working environment by enforcing rules & regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to maintain resident trust
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering cooperation among healthcare teams
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
