Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Responsibilities Include

• Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with varying acuity levels, including those with gtube, trach, and vent needs
• Administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting care electronically
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  
  

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Current CPR certification and TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation required
• Experience preferred but not mandatory
