We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assume both patient care and leadership responsibilities within a healthcare setting.

In this role, you will

• coordinate and evaluate patient care by assigning and scheduling staff,
• assist in staff development,
• participate in process improvements,
• support interdisciplinary team problem-solving,
• contribute to staff performance evaluations,

• help manage unit operations to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Qualifications include:**
• Associate's Degree or Diploma (BSN preferred),
• state licensure as a Registered Nurse,
• 1-2 years of progressive nursing experience with leadership potential,
• ability to prioritize, delegate, and facilitate processes,
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
