You must maintain accurate flight logs and represent the organization professionally.

Your duties include planning and executing flights in compliance with FAA regulations, collaborating with medical teams, ground crew, and dispatch, and responding promptly to emergency calls. You must maintain accurate flight logs and represent the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate aircraft according to regulations and protocols
- Plan flights considering weather, weight, and fuel needs
- Coordinate with medical staff, ground crew, and dispatch
- Respond swiftly to emergency callouts
- Maintain flight and maintenance documentation
- Represent the organization professionally with patients and the public
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum of 2,500 helicopter flight hours, including night and instrument experience
- Ability to pass a 135.293 check ride
- Strong communication, decision-making, situational awareness, and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform pre-flight inspections and lift up to 50 pounds
- Meet FAA medical standards and company-specific fitness requirements
- Air ambulance and Night Vision Goggle experience
- Additional night and turbine engine flight hours
- Residency within one hour of the base
