Role Overview

Supports clinical trials and research using cutting-edge cellular therapies, delivering full-spectrum care through a multidisciplinary oncology team.
Key Responsibilities
Provides specialized nursing care within a cellular therapies unit focused on malignancies such as AML, ALL, CML, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Supports clinical trials and research using cutting-edge cellular therapies, delivering full-spectrum care through a multidisciplinary oncology team.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize top-of-scope nursing practices in direct patient care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff or trainees.
- Deliver care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity.
- Support ongoing education and competency validation through clinical educators.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Obtain ONS Chemo/Bio Certification within six months of hire.
- Current BLS certification, valid through sixty days of hire.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
