Role: Responsible for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient resource utilization and meet productivity and financial goals.
• Achieve customer service satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital departments to enhance communication and improve processes.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (required within 90 days).
• Strong human relations and communication skills.
• Broad understanding of patient care processes and clinical expertise in assigned area.
