Role: Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments, administer medications and treatments
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care residents
• Mentor support staff and uphold safety and regulatory standards
• Engage families in care decisions
