Role: Emergency Room RN (ER RN)
Responsibilities: Record patient symptoms and histories, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare team. Manage care for patients with life-threatening issues, perform triage interventions, assist physicians with exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments, and prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and medication administration skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
