Role Overview: We are seeking qualified Physical Therapists to provide Geriatric House Calls™ in various locations. The role involves delivering 1:1 physical therapy services in community settings, promoting ageism abolition and achieving positive patient outcomes. Therapists will have the autonomy to create and modify treatment schedules within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing clinical and non-clinical growth opportunities
• Utilizing cutting-edge technology and participating in continuing education

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid PT license in the practice state(s) or eligibility
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy
• Current CPR certification
