Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a behavioral health setting.

- Performing admissions, assessments, and documenting patient behaviors and care.
- Using critical thinking to analyze patient data and communicate changes to physicians.
- Developing, reviewing, and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans.
- Monitoring patient safety and supervising care delivered by LPNs and techs.
- Educating patients and families based on assessed needs, adhering to evidence-based practices.
- Maintaining professional nursing standards and following ethical guidelines.
- Performing safety assessments and other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
- Current valid RN license in the work location, with Basic Life Support certification.
- No prior experience required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.
- Critical thinking and judgment skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based care.
