Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to aid recovery and celebrate patient progress. Promote seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, ensuring quality care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice
• Preferred: Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications
