Role: Perfusionist

Responsibilities: Operate cardiopulmonary bypass and extracorporeal circulation equipment during cardiac and thoracic surgeries, monitor hemodynamics, manage anticoagulation, and collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills: Skilled in perfusion techniques, knowledgeable in hemodynamic monitoring, anticoagulation management, and team collaboration, with a focus on evidence-based care.

Key Duties: Provide critical support during surgeries, ensure equipment functionality, and work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and innovative patient care.
