Role: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in a community-based, multispecialty medical group.

Responsibilities: Engage with the Provider Recruitment team to explore current and future practice opportunities across primary care and specialty settings. Assist in matching clinical interests and career goals with available practices, offering guidance on scheduling, compensation, benefits, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active license and registration as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
• Physician Assistant: Bachelor's degree, approved training program, certification by NCCPA, and at least one year of ambulatory care experience.
• Nurse Practitioner: Graduation from an acceptable NP program, national certification (AANPCB or ANCC), pharmacology coursework, and preferably three years of nursing in ambulatory care, with at least one year as an NP.
