Role: Manages activities, workflow, and nursing resources within assigned units, ensuring compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities: Conducts hiring, training, staff development, and evaluation. Develops policies to optimize patient care delivery and monitors adherence to budgets. Resolves issues impacting patient services and ensures safety in daily operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of two years' RN experience with leadership or one year RN plus one year leadership. Valid RN license and BLS certification per state requirements.
Skills: Strong leadership, regulatory compliance, budget management, and communication skills. Physical ability to perform duties including lifting, standing, and data entry.
