Role: Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a focus on providing advanced patient care in a complex clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing safety, quality, and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff, fostering professional growth.
• Support specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, including BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
• Minimum 6 months ICU or PCU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and commitment to professional development.
