The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge with compassion and efficiency.
Under general supervision, they promote professional nursing practice through patient care coordination, using the nursing process and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in assigned units.
- Analyze medical histories, diagnostic results, and current conditions to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance with standards and policies.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with care teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
