Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license and BCLS certification required.
• Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or chemotherapy/Biotherapy.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
