Role: The Progressive Care Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, focusing on pre- and post-operative nursing for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.

Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Performing procedures and administering prescribed medications, documenting care thoroughly.
• Monitoring patient responses and maintaining knowledge of relevant medications, procedures, and equipment.
  
  

Qualifications

• RN license with a diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 1 year).
