Role Overview: This position involves overseeing and advising Service Advisors and Technicians, advancing technical expertise, managing expenses, participating in interview and hiring processes, and delivering performance reviews and coaching to foster team development.

• Interest in obtaining ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
