The Clinical Coordinator oversees the management and operation of a dialysis clinic, assuming full responsibility in the absence of the Administrator.

Responsibilities include improving patient outcomes by coordinating clinical and operational processes, ensuring timely patient scheduling, managing supplies and staffing, and maintaining accurate documentation for billing and compliance.

They develop and monitor standards of patient care, promote quality management initiatives, and review incident reports.

The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with corrective action plans, and participating in staff meetings and quality programs.

They foster partnerships with medical staff, community entities, and vendors, promoting excellent customer service.

Staff development duties include recruiting, training, supervising personnel, and evaluating performance to maintain a qualified team.

Qualifications: current RN license, 12 months nursing experience with 3 months in dialysis, CPR certification, and proficiency in computer applications.
