Role: Registered Nurse in Neurosciences, providing direct patient care in a specialized acute care setting.
Responsibilities: Utilize advanced nursing skills and the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, support safety and quality, and contribute to evidence-based practice in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties: Care for patients with moderate to high acuity on Med-Surg units, participate in specialty education and competency validation, and support clinical excellence through ongoing learning.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN licensure, BLS certification, a minimum of 6 months RN experience, and a graduate of an accredited nursing program (bachelor’s preferred). Demonstrates strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
