This role is for a Registered Nurse in an Intermediate Care Unit, providing high-acuity care to patients requiring close monitoring and advanced interventions.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments and administering medications and advanced therapies
• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing complex medical conditions such as cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, stroke, and renal disorders
• Educating patients and families and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Responding quickly to changes in patient status in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of acute nursing experience
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care with critical thinking skills
