Role: Registered Nurse providing high-level, technical patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, supervise team members, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure age-appropriate, safe, and effective care. Maintain clear communication, build relationships, and promote a therapeutic environment. Ensure accurate documentation and safe medication administration. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), valid nursing license in Texas, current Basic Life Support certification, and minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program. Knowledge of hospital policies and standards is essential.
