Key Duties: Monitor tool performance, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and rebuild electro-mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools and technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure efficient technology transfer and implementation.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates in Electronics Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or military experience; knowledge of AC/DC circuits, electronics, and basic math; PC skills including MS Office; understanding of SPC principles. Preferred: higher degrees or semiconductor industry experience.

Physical & Technical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, crouching, and working in confined spaces; use hand tools; wear respirators if needed. Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills are essential.
