Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in an acute care setting within the Medical Specialties Unit.
Responsibilities: Utilize nursing processes to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency through precepting and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (preferred: Bachelor's degree), valid RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross. Onsite role requiring night shifts.
Key Duties: Provide specialty acute care (Med-Surg) for patients with moderate to high acuity, adhering to evidence-based care models, and supporting team-based, patient-centered practices.
