Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Accepts experienced RNs or Fall 2026 Graduate Nurses. Performs duties in a pediatric ICU setting with rotational weekends and holidays. Supports patient advocacy, care coordination, and compliance with standards.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification (or within 30 days). Requires physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements.
