Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities include: supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, addressing patient concerns, building relationships with patients and families, collaborating with teams, supporting colleagues, and celebrating patient milestones.
Qualifications: valid RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and at least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
Skills and Qualities: excellent communication, empathy, teamwork, and ability to tailor care to individual needs.
